We are looking for a highly motivated and data-driven Lifecycle Marketing Manager to join our Marketing team. This individual will be instrumental in managing and executing our email marketing strategy across the customer lifecycle, from lead nurturing and conversion to customer engagement and retention. The primary focus of this role will be on communicating with our core audience of medical providers.

What You Will Own
The duties and responsibilities of the role.
Email Strategy & Execution: Own the end-to-end development, execution, and optimization of all email marketing campaigns, including promotional emails, nurture sequences, product updates, and triggered communications, primarily targeting medical and other specialty healthcare providers.
Marketing Automation Management: Manage and optimize our marketing automation platform (Salesforce Marketing Cloud) for segmentation, deployment, A/B testing, and performance tracking.
A/B Testing & Optimization: Develop and implement a rigorous testing roadmap (subject lines, copy, CTAs, layout, send times, etc.) to continuously improve key performance indicators (KPIs) such as open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, and unsubscribe rates.
Segmentation & Personalization: Deeply understand our audience and leverage data to create highly targeted and personalized segments that deliver the most relevant content at the right time.
Performance Analysis & Reporting: Regularly monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of all email campaigns, providing actionable insights and recommendations to drive increased effectiveness.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Sales, Product Marketing, Content, and Data teams to ensure email programs align with business objectives, product launches, and content strategy.
Deliverability & Compliance: Maintain a strong focus on email deliverability, list health, and ensuring all campaigns are compliant with relevant regulations (e.g., CAN-SPAM, GDPR).
What You Will Need to Accomplish the Job
The minimum qualifications for the role - education, experience, certifications, skills.
Experience: 5+ years of hands-on experience in email marketing, marketing automation, and lifecycle marketing roles, preferably within a B2B or SaaS environment.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
Technical Proficiency: Deep expertise with a major Marketing Automation Platform (e.g., experience setting up complex workflows, scoring, and segmentation).
Data-Driven Mindset: Proven ability to use data and analytics to inform strategic decisions, define success metrics, and execute continuous optimization through experimentation (A/B testing).
Audience Focus: Demonstrated ability to tailor messaging for a specific professional audience (experience marketing to medical professionals or B2B healthcare is a strong plus).
Communication: Excellent written communication and copywriting skills, with an eye for detail and brand consistency.
