We are looking for a kind, upbeat individual who will help promote our strong culture here at Weave. We are looking for someone who is outgoing and willing to assist the needs of others. You will be part of the People Experience team and will help us create an incredible experience for employees and guests.
This is a full-time position working out of our Lehi office
Reports to the People Experience Manager
What You Will Own

Front Desk Reception
Greet and welcome guests and visitors
Responsible for the management of guests, messages, and packages
Responsible for office mail
Assist with swag management and distribution

Employee and Office Experience
Maintain cleanliness of amenities on each floor of the building
Stock snacks, office supplies, etc
Assists in the relationship with the subtenants
Ensure cleanliness and organization of the building
Support the People Experience Manager and Office Coordinator on events, activities, and projects to create a fun and inclusive experience for our people
Assist with company lunch execution
Assist with facilities needs
Assist teams with office needs
Plan and execute projects to improve your function or the employee experience

Assist with projects and tasks as needed

Office & Outreach Team:
Support the People Team on tasks and projects when requested
Support the Executive Assistants on tasks, projects, events, and as needed for coverage
What You Will Need to Accomplish the Job
Prior customer service experience
Ability to lift 30 pounds
Ability to work in our Lehi office 40 hours a week
High School Diploma
Consistently dependable and highly organized
Friendly and positive attitude
Comfortable working in an office environment greeting guests
Ability to manage time efficiently, work independently, and coordinate workflows
Proactive problem solving skills
What Will Make Us Love You
Proficiency in G Suite tools
Prior front desk experience
Ability to work with diverse personalities within various levels of the organization
Exercise sound independent judgment under minimal direct supervision
Bring innovation and creativity to enhance performance of a process, person, team, and organization
