Product Management
Weave is at a pivotal moment, accelerating our evolution into a multi-modal growth engine by building out a true Product-Led Growth (PLG) motion. We are building upon our successful, high-touch sales and implementation models to offer a seamless, self-serve, AI-driven platform for healthcare practices.
As a Product Manager, PLG, you will own the end-to-end user journey for both new and existing customers. Your mission is to make Weave "unstickable" by removing friction from the moment a customer discovers us to the moment they become a power user. You will leverage Agentic AI to automate complex setup workflows, ensuring that dental, medical, and veterinary practices reach their "Aha!" moment faster than ever before.
This position will be be open to remote or hybrid candidates in the US.
You will report to a Director of Product
The Challenges You Will Solve
You will lead the strategy and execution across the four core pillars of our growth engine:
Discovery: How do our existing customers find new value within Weave? You’ll build organic loops and entry points that make the value of Weave’s expanding ecosystem of addons undeniable and easily discoverable for current users.
Acquisition: How do we turn interest into intent? You’ll optimize the signup flow and trial experiences to lower the barrier to entry for SMB healthcare providers.
Activation: How do we prove value instantly? You'll solve the "empty state" problem by using Agentic AI to handle data migration and configuration automatically, reducing time-to-value (TTV).
Retention: How do we keep our customers for life? You’ll monitor usage signals and health scores to identify at-risk accounts, designing proactive in-app interventions and value-reinforcement loops that ensure Weave remains indispensable to their daily operations.
What You Will Own
PLG Roadmap and Strategy: Drive the strategy for the self-serve experience. You’ll translate high-level growth goals (e.g., "Increase Trial-to-Paid Conversion by 25%") into a prioritized backlog of experiments and features.
Optimize the Growth Funnel: Obsessively monitor the user journey using analytics tools. You will identify drop-off points and run rapid A/B tests to smooth the path from discovery to expansion.
Drive Product-Led Sales: Instrument the platform to identify high-intent users within our existing customer base. You’ll work closely with GTM teams to create seamless hand-offs between self-serve paths and our sales team for high-value expansion opportunities.
Build Agentic AI Workflows: Collaborate with engineering and MLOps team to ship "Autonomous Setup Agents." These agents will handle the "heavy lifting" for customers—such as scraping practice websites for essential practice information and operational details.
What You Will Need to Accomplish the Job
3-5+ years of Product Management experience in B2B SaaS or high-growth Consumer apps, with a proven track record in a Product-Led Growth or high-velocity experimentation environment.
Compelling Storytelling: You can weave data, customer insights, and product vision into a narrative that inspires internal teams and resonates with customers. You translate technical "how" into meaningful "why."
Obsessive Focus on User Experience: You have a refined sense of UI/UX and a deep empathy for the user. You understand that in a PLG model, the product is the salesperson, and you are dedicated to crafting intuitive, frictionless experiences that solve real pain points.
Data Fluency & Analytical Rigor: You don't wait for a data analyst to give you answers. You are skilled at using tools like Snowflake, Sigma, or Pendo to investigate user behavior and measure experiment success.
Full-Funnel Thinking: You understand that the product journey doesn't end at signup. You have experience driving Activation and Retention metrics for both new and existing cohorts.
Agile Mastery: You know how to break down complex, multi-step integrations into small, shippable increments that deliver value to the customer every week.
What Will Make Us Love You
Hands-on Experience with AI or Automation: You have worked on products that automate user workflows. Experience with Generative AI (LLMs) or Agentic Workflows is highly preferred. You understand how to deploy AI in a way that feels helpful, not intrusive.
Healthcare Domain Knowledge: Familiarity with the US healthcare ecosystem (HIPAA, EHR integrations, Practice Management Systems) and the significant operational time constraints of SMB medical practices.
Systems Thinking: You can take a complex manual process (like onboarding a new dental office) and deconstruct it into an elegant, automated digital workflow.
Growth Mindset: You view the product not just as a tool, but as a distribution channel. You are constantly looking for loops and triggers that drive retention and virality.
