Weave is seeking an experienced and strategic Public Relations (PR) & Internal Communications Manager to elevate our brand presence, amplify our company story, and deepen employee engagement. This role is responsible for shaping Weave’s external narrative through compelling PR initiatives while ensuring employees are informed, aligned, and inspired through high-impact internal communications. The ideal candidate is a strong storyteller, relationship builder, and cross-functional collaborator who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
This position will be hybrid working 3 days per week out of our Lehi, UT HQ
Reports to: Sr. Director Content & Communications
What You Will Own
Public Relations Support
Drive Weave’s PR strategy by developing compelling storylines that highlight our products, innovations, customers, and company vision.
Collaborate closely with Business Intelligence, Product Marketing, Vertical Marketing, and Revenue teams to identify insights, narratives, and customer stories that position Weave as an industry leader.
Develop and prepare company spokespeople—from executives to subject matter experts—through coaching and media training.
Proactively identify and engage in emerging media opportunities, including podcasts. Collaborate closely with the Community and SEO teams to understand the role PR plays in organic social, AIO and GEO.
Develop and distribute all press releases and maintain the Press and Awards pages on getweave.com.
Manage affiliate PR programs and external partners to expand Weave’s media footprint.
Secure and coordinate speaking opportunities, award submissions, and other industry recognitions for company leaders and teams.
Internal Communications
Develop and execute an internal communications strategy that informs, engages, and inspires employees across locations and departments.
Ensure employees clearly understand Weave’s vision, strategy, goals, product evolution, and key initiatives.
Partner closely with the People team to support communication needs across the business.
Plan, write, and manage content for company-wide internal channels, including announcements, newsletters, intranet posts, and leadership messages.
Own the content strategy and execution for the company’s employee All Hands and annual Kickoff meetings—ensuring clarity, alignment, and strong storytelling.
Champion Weave’s core values by crafting communications and employee experiences that reinforce culture and connection.
Measure the effectiveness of internal communications and continuously optimize for clarity, impact, and engagement.
Brand Reputation and Monitoring
Own Weave ‘s reputation on review sites including G2, Google, TrustPilot, Capterra, and the BBB.
Solicit reviews as allowed across channels.
Own thew reviews web page and ensure reviews content is up to date across the Weave website, social media channels, and sales pitch decks.
Coordinate with the social media team on responses and escalations that come in through PR channels.
Track and report on sentiment and flag emerging issues.
What You Will Need to Accomplish the Job
5+ years of experience in public relations, external communications, or corporate communications; experience in SaaS or tech preferred.
Strong storytelling, writing, and editing skills with the ability to translate complex information into clear, compelling narratives.
Demonstrated ability to lead internal communication efforts at a growing or high-change organization.
Understanding of media relations or experience working at a PR agency. Comfortable working with senior leadership and coaching individuals to represent the company publicly.
Interest in brand storytelling and internal culture-building
Thrives in a fast-paced environment and is comfortable adjusting to evolving business needs and priorities.
Highly collaborative with excellent project management, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
