Full-time positions only (40 working hours between 6am-6pm M-F)
Reports to: Manager of Engineering - Solution Architecture
What You Will Own
Implementation of AI products - this includes working with Postman, running Python scripts and updating LLMs to suit our customer's needs.
Assist in the automation and improvements to the implementation process.
Resolve complex issues that might arise with the AI and other various features.
What You Will Need to Accomplish the Job

Technical Skills:
Broad Technical Knowledge: A fundamental understanding of areas like networking, database (SQL), and software development (preferred)
Product Expertise: The ability to learn and gain a deep knowledge of the products
Troubleshooting: Strong analytical and problem solving skills are necessary to identify and resolve technical issues
