The Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative support to the Revenue Executive, ensuring efficient operations and seamless coordination of priorities. In this role, the Executive Assistant manages complex calendars, travel arrangements, correspondence, and meeting logistics, while also serving as a key point of contact between executives and both internal and external stakeholders. By anticipating needs, safeguarding confidentiality, and handling day-to-day details with discretion and precision, the Executive Assistant enables leadership to focus on advancing strategic initiatives.
This position will be in office, located in the Lehi, UT headquarters

What You Will Own
Coordinate difficult schedules, adapt to various competing demands, prioritize multiple projects and handle conflicting needs
Proactively anticipate schedule conflict
Apply sound judgment while driving recommendations and solutions in sometimes high-pressure situations
Schedule internal and external meetings
Coordinate and prioritize meeting invites, team and company initiatives to ensure optimal time management
Manage meeting logistics (Agendas ,meeting space, catering, etc)
Plan and execute all department events and company/holiday parties
Coordinate and help design company swag
Help manage onsite company meetings, quarterly business reviews, etc
Manage executive’s calendar and email correspondences throughout the day.
Prepare and manage several monthly expense reports and coordinate travel
Work in tandem with other executive assistants
What You Will Need to Accomplish the Job
1-2 years of executive assistant experience
Must have a strong service-oriented attitude and excellent interpersonal skills
Proficient in Google Drive (Word, Slides, Sheets, Forms, etc.)
Experience establishing relationships and negotiating with vendors
Experience managing budgets
Ability to exercise a high degree of tact, diplomacy, and discretion with sensitive matters
Demonstrate a high level of autonomy while staying efficient in a highly pressured fast-paced environment
Flexible team player willing to do what it takes to get the job done
Promote and embrace company initiatives by being a change leader
Ability to build and maintain cross departmental relationships
Ability to lift 25-30 pounds on occasion
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
