<p>The Benefits Specialist works within Total Rewards to provide outstanding benefit and perk options for all Weave employees. They will collaborate with internal and external partners to explore new and existing benefits, take on new projects, and set up Workday for employee benefit use. This position is integral in attracting and retaining employees here at Weave by taking initiative and driving world-class benefits for our people-first culture. </p> <ul> <li><em>This position will be hybrid </em></li> <li><em>Reports to: Sr Director of Total Rewards</em></li> </ul> <p><strong>What You Will Own </strong></p> <ul> <li>Global Benefits Administration (US & India)</li> <li>Design and set up benefit programs in coordination with the benefits broker and benefit providers to follow our People, Not Employees philosophy (US & India)</li> <li>Manage annual enrollment process and benefits education for new hires, open enrollment and ongoing educational sessions</li> <li>Develop programs around health and financial wellness</li> <li>Coordinate leave of absence and process claims or requests (medical leave, ADA, worker’s compensation etc.)</li> <li>Administer 401k program to include working with 401k admin, audits, education and administration</li> <li>Ensure timely payment of monthly premiums</li> <li>Complete regular enrollment and invoice audits </li> <li>Partner with payroll to ensure leave payments and premiums are correct</li> </ul> <p><strong>What You Will Need to Accomplish the Job</strong> </p> <ul> <li>High school diploma/GED required.</li> <li>A degree in business administration, finance, or human resources preferred</li> <li>3+ years of benefits administration experience</li> <li>Knowledge of ADP & Workday</li> <li>Proficiency in benefit plan design and implementation</li> <li>RFP experience preferred</li> <li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office and G Suite programs</li> </ul> <p><strong>What Will Make Us Love You</strong></p> <ul> <li>Desire to take initiative and be creative </li> <li>Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail</li> <li>Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written</li> <li>Good time management and organizational skills</li> <li>Working knowledge of relevant legal regulations</li> <li>Able to prioritize and multitask effectively</li> </ul><div class="content-conclusion"> <p><span style="font-weight:400;">Weave is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion.
