The Business Operations Coordinator will handle a variety of tasks to ensure the daily operations within the Hawaii Health Plan. Key supporter to ensure that the HI health plan is compliant with our state welcome calls and electronic visit verification monitoring requirements.

Positions in this function include those responsible for providing process and operational support to the functions within Business Operations Family. Positions in this function may also be responsible for quality reporting, analysis, and for developing plans and programs to support continuous quality improvement using applicable tools.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Excellent Customer Service
• Welcome Calls
• Onsite Provider/member engagement
• Develop welcome and retention program
• Resolving eligibility/demographic discrepancies
• Assist on various projects and tasks to improve member satisfaction
• Research of demographic information

Required Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in customer service
• 2+ years of experience in a role with organization skills and handling multiple tasks and deadlines

Preferred Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience with MS Excel and PowerPoint
• Data entry experience
• Experience working in a fast paced and changing environment

Hawaii Residents Only: The hourly range for Hawaii residents is $16.00 to $32.55 per hour. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, UnitedHealth Group offers benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
