Schedule: 8:30am to 5:30pm EST Monday-Friday

Primary Responsibilities:  

• Contact patients and schedule refills
• Troubleshoot issues to prevent hospital readmissions
• Discharge patients once therapy has been confirmed complete
• Assist pharmacists in managing home infusion patients
• Work with external home health nurses in caring for pharmacy patients
• Assigning and organizing lab results

Required Qualifications: 

• High School Diploma/GED (or higher) 
• Active and Unrestrictive Pharmacy Technician License in Florida 
• 1+ years of experience using a computer and Microsoft Office
• 1+ years of experience in a medical office, pharmacy, or hospital

Preferred Qualifications: 

• 2+ years of experience working with EMR (Electronic Medical Records)
• PTCB / National pharmacy technician licensure
