Front is looking for a seasoned Integrated Campaign Marketing Manager to lead the strategy and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and pipeline. In this role, you’ll quarterback global tentpole marketing initiatives—from product launches to persona-based campaigns. You'll bring compelling stories to life in the market and ensure they connect to pipeline and revenue.
You’ll work cross-functionally with Product Marketing, Brand/Creative, Content, Growth, Web, Field Marketing, ABM, and Sales to build and launch integrated campaigns that resonate across the entire buyer’s journey. You’ll also help implement frameworks and processes that allow our team to move fast, collaborate effectively, and maintain a high quality bar.
What will you be doing?
Develop and lead integrated campaigns from strategy to execution—spanning paid, email, events, webinars, web, content, partner channels, and more
Quarterback global tentpole marketing initiatives—from major product launches to industry moments and thought leadership campaigns
Set, measure, and report on campaign performance goals, including pipeline impact and ROI
Work closely with regional marketing, demand gen, field marketing, and ABM teams to localize and scale campaigns across audiences and regions
Partner with Product Marketing to align messaging and positioning across the funnel
Own campaign development timelines, budgets, and resources to hit goals efficiently
Collaborate with creative, content, and web teams to produce assets, messaging, and experiences that are on brand and performance-driven
Implement scalable operational practices that accelerate campaign development while maintaining quality
Continuously refine campaign frameworks, processes, and playbooks to improve effectiveness and team efficiency
What skills and experience do you need?
3-5 years of experience in integrated campaign management, demand generation, or B2B marketing—ideally in SaaS
Demonstrated success in leading full-funnel, multi-channel campaigns that drive measurable pipeline impact
Strong project management and organizational skills; comfortable managing complex initiatives across multiple teams and timelines
Excellent communicator and collaborator—you bring people together and drive clarity across teams
Experience with marketing tools like Marketo, HubSpot, Salesforce, Asana, Looker, or equivalent
Strategic thinker who connects brand, product, and performance goals
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, agile environment
Data- and outcome-driven, with a strong ability to translate insights into action
Bonus
Experience with and passion for the customer experience software space
Background in global campaign execution or regional marketing enablement
This is a hybrid role, expected to be in our SF office on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
