Overview
As Director of Product Strategy for Enterprise & Ecosystem, you will shape the long-term product and ecosystem strategy for Frame.io within Adobe’s enterprise business. You will be a key cross-functional leader responsible for identifying market opportunities, deepening customer relationships, and influencing product development to ensure Frame.io becomes an integral part of the creative stack for enterprise customers.
You will partner closely with Sales, Product, Design, Engineering, and GTM teams, as well as directly with strategic customers. This role is critical to ensuring our roadmap aligns with enterprise needs, accelerates adoption, and drives scale through the broader Adobe ecosystem.
Responsibilities
Own the end-to-end enterprise product strategy for Frame.io and Creative Management, shaping how we capture market opportunity, define competitive differentiation, and deliver long-term value to enterprise customers.
Partner with Sales and Customer Success to lead strategic roadmap presentations, facilitate think tanks, and co-create forward-looking solutions with executive partners at key enterprise accounts, deepening customer relationships.
Deliver regular reporting to product, engineering, and design leadership on the state of the enterprise business (across Adobe Enterprise and Corporate Sales), including field response to the roadmap, emerging market opportunities, and product gaps impacting deal progression.
Serve as the voice of the enterprise market—gather and synthesize insights from the field, customers, and competitive landscape to inform roadmap prioritization and investment mix.
Facilitate deep technical conversations by connecting strategic customers to specialist PMs when detailed product requirements or integration discussions are needed.
Define and prioritize 1st and 3rd party integrations crucial to enterprise adoption—including Adobe apps (Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, AEM, etc.), third-party tools (Jira, Airtable, BYOS), and emerging platforms (GenStudio, ESM Storage, metadata frameworks).
Engage with product and strategy leaders across Frame.io and Adobe to craft mid- and long-term portfolio roadmaps, ensuring cohesive and scalable solutions across Creative Cloud and Creative Management.
Leverage field insights to partner with PMM, Sales, CS, and Solutions in identifying key customers for feedback, and in developing technical marketing assets, use case-driven demo flows, and roadmap narratives to support sales and go-to-market initiatives.
Stay up to date with new technologies and approaches that can improve Frame.io capabilities.
Use creative industry knowledge, competitor insights, and feedback from customers to spot risks, find opportunities, understand competitive landscapes and emerging trends, articulate implications, and translate insight into pragmatic, fast-cycle action.
