We’re looking for a highly strategic and analytical Senior Director, GTM Finance & Strategy, who will lead end-to-end finance support for our Enterprise, Commercial, Product Led Growth (PLG), and Service revenue segments. In this role you will be the senior finance business partner to our Chief Marketing Officer (CMO), as well as the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) to provide all aspects of financial planning and analysis—ranging from revenue forecasting, to strategic pipeline analysis and headcount and capacity planning for the entire GTM org. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced, cross-functional environments and can bridge the gap between data, strategy and execution. Reporting to the VP of Finance & Strategy, this role is highly visible and will regularly interact with the CFO, COO, CRO, CMO, and other executives.
This is a full-time, hybrid position based out of our Oakland, CA office. Our hybrid work model offers a blend of remote flexibility and in-person collaboration, including two days in the office each week to connect and build as a team.

What You’ll Do
- Lead, develop, and scale the GTM Finance & Strategy function, building a high-performing team and driving strategic impact across the organization
- Develop annual and quarterly sales targets in partnership with RevOps and Sales
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Product, and Revenue Operations to align financial planning with go-to-market execution
- Serve as a strategic partner to GTM leadership, providing financial insights, analysis, and recommendations to support key initiatives—including pricing, marketing ROI, cohort analysis, sales capacity planning, and territory design
- Oversee deal desk strategy and operations, focusing on revenue optimization, margin analysis, and non-standard deal structuring
- Prepare and deliver clear, concise, and insightful financial analyses and forecasts, highlighting key trends, risks, and opportunities to support the company’s GTM strategy at the executive and board levels
- Partner with Data, RevOps, and Operations teams to improve forecasting accuracy, pipeline visibility, and real-time reporting
- Drive continuous improvement of planning processes, systems, and tools to enable faster and better decision-making
Skills We’re Looking For
- 10–12 years of experience in strategic finance, sales finance, private equity, growth equity, venture capital, consulting, or investment banking
- 3+ years of direct experience in GTM or Sales Finance at a high-growth technology company, including annual planning, forecasting, pipeline analytics, quota setting, territory planning, and variable compensation design
- Deep experience with SaaS business models; familiarity with both subscription-based and usage-based (consumption) revenue models is a plus
- Direct experience partnering with and influencing cross-functional leaders on company-wide strategic priorities, with the ability to communicate complex financial information to non-finance audiences
- Proven ability to proactively identify growth opportunities and efficiency gains across the go-to-market motion
- Exceptional analytical skills with expertise in synthesizing data into compelling insights and building/maintaining complex financial operating models
- Superior executive presence and communication skills, including the ability to present to C-suite and board-level stakeholders
- Enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and a strong ability to prioritize and adapt as business needs evolve
- A first-principles thinker with a strong bias for action, hands-on approach, and results-oriented mindset
