Responsibilities:
- Develop Talent
- Create growth plans for each SDR to accelerate readiness for future roles such as Account Executive.
- Deliver regular feedback that drives skill development and personal growth.
- Monitor lead flow, ensuring rapid follow-up and efficient response to inbound interest.
- Enforce qualification frameworks (e.g., PACT) to maintain high-quality lead sourcing.
- Provide ongoing feedback to marketing on lead quality and campaign performance.
- Own a personal quota for conversion rates, speed to lead, meetings booked and opportunity revenue sourced.
- Engage with prospects directly through calls, emails, and chat to stay sharp and lead by example.
- Use frontline insights to continuously test messaging and refine team talk tracks.
- Track core metrics such as lead conversion rates, speed-to-lead, and meeting booked performance.
- Ensure accurate data hygiene and reporting in Salesforce and Salesloft.
- Build repeatable processes that scale as the team grows.
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Operations to align on strategy and priorities.
- Represent SDR insights in demand generation and campaign planning.
- Manage a team of Inbound SDRs to exceed KPIs through daily coaching, 1:1s, and call reviews.
- Foster a collaborative, accountable team culture that reflects Filevine’s values and mission.

Requirements:
- Experience: 2–4 years of experience managing high-performing inbound or hybrid SDR/BDR teams.
- Leadership: Proven ability to motivate, coach, and develop early-career sales talent.
- Sales Acumen: Deep understanding of qualification frameworks, inbound funnels, and conversion metrics.
- Tool Proficiency: Skilled in Salesforce, Salesloft (or equivalent engagement platforms), and dashboard reporting.
- Process-Minded: Obsessed with improving playbooks, speed-to-lead, and lead quality outcomes.
- Growth Orientation: Eagerness to develop talent and continually improve self and team.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written skills with the ability to influence cross-functional partners.
