- Solve and Teach
- Proactively troubleshoot issues and empower others with training, documentation, and
- self-service tools
- Drive Platform Adoption
- Boost usage across teams by rolling out new features, identifying process
- improvements, and increasing visibility of platform value
- Stay Current and Educate Your Team
- Stay up-to-date on Filevine product releases and updates (LEX, milestone releases,
- and continuous product updates) and train your staff on new features
- Support Onboarding/Offboarding
- Own the tech side of employee transitions, ensuring each team member is equipped to
- succeed in Filevine
- Identify Workflow Inefficiencies
- Audit and improve your current processes by aligning Filevine’s tools with your
- operational goals
Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with Filevine or similar legal technology platforms
- Strong understanding of legal workflows, compliance, and client service standards
- Proficiency with SaaS tools, system integrations, and process automation
- Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Outstanding communication abilities for training, support, and change management
- Passion for solving problems, driving adoption, and empowering teams with technology
- Previous experience in a law firm, legal department, or paralegal role is a bonus
