Responsibilities
- Providing talent sourcing support for high-volume and tough-to-fill roles
- Capability to work on 5-10 requisitions at any given time
- Work closely with internal Talent Team to identify needs
- Source candidates by using: LinkedIn Recruiter, Lever, and other resources
- Assist internal recruiting team with scheduling virtual and onsite interviews
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of talent to meet current and future hiring needs
- Work closely with internal hiring managers to find Ideal Candidate Profile
- Initiate first contact with candidates, providing an engaging introduction to the company and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in a Customer Service, Sales, Recruiting or HR role
- Ability and willingness to learn about the Company, Product, and Position requirements
- Passionate about the candidate experience
- Excellent written communication skills and attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize and complete projects within deadline
- Prior experience with sourcing tools or other recruiting resources (LinkedIn, ZipRecruiter, Indeed, Lever or other ATS)
