Own and manage a book of business
Ensure clients are happy and no hurdles exist to ensure renewal
Upsell and cross-sells; prospect into current accounts to find additional product opportunities
Build relationships between customers and support team
Demonstrate ability to earn business by conveying the value props of Filevine
Be proficient using a CRM to manage your pipeline. Be willing to learn Filevine sales process, and leverage it to manage your business, and increase your effectiveness as an Account Manager
Develop sales strategies to increase client pipeline
Consistently meet / exceed sales quotas within predetermined time frame
Report on activity and performance metrics

Requirements

1-3+ years Sales experience
Consistent, demonstrable record of achieving quota / objectives
Hunger to join an upstart company, work hard and do great things
Solid written and verbal communication, organizational and time management skills
Excellent presentation and listening skills
