Job Description
Your Career
As a Senior Technical Marketing Engineer for Cloud-Delivered Security Services (CDSS), you will be a key driver for our Precision AI-powered security solutions, leading the Advanced DNS and ADNS Resolver charter. You will champion cutting-edge advancements in threat prevention and DNS security, bridging the gap between engineering and the market. This high-impact, customer-facing role involves partnering with Product Management, Marketing, and Sales to define technical strategy, evangelize our products, and shape the future of network security.
Your Impact
Develop and execute the technical marketing strategy for the Advanced DNS security portfolio.
Create high-quality technical content, including white papers, solution guides, presentations, and demo videos.
Deliver compelling technical presentations and product demonstrations to customers, partners, and internal teams.
Build, maintain, and manage lab environments to replicate customer scenarios and showcase product capabilities.
Proactively collaborate with Product Management to provide customer feedback and influence the product roadmap.
Lead and manage beta programs, ensuring successful customer trials and feedback collection.
Act as a subject matter expert, providing hands-on technical support and training to customers, partners, and sales teams.
Perform in-depth technical and competitive analysis to identify technology gaps and propose new, high-impact use cases.
Qualifications
Your Experience
Bachelor's degree in a computer-related field or equivalent practical experience.
5+ years of experience in a technical, customer-facing role such as Technical Marketing, Sales Engineering, or Solutions Architecture.
3+ years of experience in a senior technical role within the cybersecurity domain.
Master's degree in a computer-related field or Cybersecurity.
Working knowledge of cloud architectures (SaaS, IaaS, PaaS) and major cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Experience with network test equipment (e.g., Ixia, Breakingpoint, Spirent).
Proficiency with a scripting language, such as Python.
Public speaking experience at industry conferences or trade shows.
Proven expertise in network and web security technologies, including TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP/HTTPS, VPNs, and firewalls.
Deep knowledge of the modern cyber threat landscape, including attack vectors and real-world incidents.
Demonstrated hands-on experience with core security domains such as Advanced Threat Prevention, URL Filtering, or DNS Security.

Product Management or PDM - To stay ahead of the curve, it’s critical to know where the curve is and how to anticipate the changes we’re facing. For the fastest-growing cybersecurity company, the curve is the evolution of cyberattacks and the products and services that proactively address them. Our Product Management team helps us do just that. This team provides the behind-the-scenes support for our products by being a source of information for our Systems Engineers, staying on top of the environment we sell in and helping to implement technical solutions based on our clients' feedback and needs. As threats and technology evolve, we stay ahead to accomplish our mission.
Compensation Disclosure
The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and work location. For candidates who receive an offer at the posted level, the starting base salary (for non-sales roles) or base salary + commission target (for sales/commissioned roles) is expected to be between $150000 - $200000/YR.
