Job Description
Eurofins BPT is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Finance Data Analyst to join our dynamic team. This role is designed for undergraduates interested in building practical experience at the intersection of finance and data analytics. The successful candidate will support our finance team by collecting, analyzing, and interpreting financial data to help drive informed business decisions.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Maintain regular attendance and punctuality in a hybrid internship working remotely and onsite from mid-May to mid-August.
- Assist in compiling, cleaning, and validating financial data from various data sources.
- Perform basic financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and key performance indicators.
- Develop and maintain tools in Microsoft Excel to support revenue, cost and productivity calculations and reporting.
- Create dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using tools such as Excel, Microsoft Copilot and Power BI.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to leverage AI tools and automate data workflows.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and present findings in a clear, concise manner.
- Work within the company’s software programs that include Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains, Coupa, Microsoft Office, Power BI and others.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- The ideal candidate would possess:
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.
- Basic understanding of financial statements and concepts.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations and documentation.
- Experience with data analysis or programming languages (e.g., SQL, Python, R) is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Basic Minimum Qualifications:
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor’s program in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
- Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship.

- Position is full-time, Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm. Candidates should live within commutable distance of Lancaster, PA or Horsham, PA with the ability to spend a minimum of three days per week in office.
