Job Description
Position Summary:
Organizing and performing duties associated with adding and transferring archive boxes; coordinating and doing daily scheduled visits and special visits, escorting employees to thearchives, and assisting with the pulling of files/boxes as needed; completing appropriate paperwork for each box or file viewed and/or pulled; following up on data that has exceeded the desired timeframe for being signed out; keeping archives clean and orderly; backing up other departmental duties as needed.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
· Meets all quality and productivity metrics and demonstrates strong teamwork and
collaboration
· Be in archives for daily scheduled hours, be available for any special vist as necessary
· Scan in notebooks to database
· Coordinates and completes the transport of archive boxes from other company departments to the appropriate storage location, and verify all associated paperwork is complete and copied to appropriate personnel
· Organize, bar code, and pull boxes from onsite archives for transfer to office facility and complete associated paperwork
· Assist with verifying, pulling and destroying boxes from onsite facility that meet criteria provided by GL/Principal Specialist/Manager
· Request boxes from offsite facility that meet criteria provided by GL/Principal Specialist/Manager; verify boxes after delivery, and destroy; complete associated paperwork
· File and pull notebooks as needed
· Keep archives clean, organized and orderly; order supplies as needed
· Back up other department duties as needed
Qualifications
Basic Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma required
- Strong computer skills
- Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship
Additional Information
Position is full-time, Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. with additional hours, as needed. Candidates currently living within a commutable distance of Lancaster, PA are encouraged to apply.
