Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated Analytical R&D Scientist to join a dynamic team supporting synthetic molecule development. In this role, you will design, optimize, and qualify analytical methods to enable process and formulation development. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and a proactive mindset to drive innovation and project success.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, optimize, and qualify analytical methods for synthetic molecules.
- Provide analytical support for process and formulation development activities.
- Independently plan and execute experiments; analyze and interpret complex data.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and implement effective solutions.
- Ensure compliance with cGMP/GLP, safety, and regulatory standards.
- Prepare clear, concise technical reports and maintain accurate documentation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
- Manage multiple tasks efficiently while learning and applying new techniques.
Qualifications
Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with analytical techniques (LC, GC, Dissolution, Karl Fischer, spectroscopy) for synthetic molecules.
- Background in method development and validation for synthetic molecule products.
- Strong computer, scientific, and organizational skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.
- Authorization to work in the U.S. without restriction or sponsorship.
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, biology, pharmacy, engineering, or related field with 4+ years of relevant industry experience.
- OR Master’s degree in a related field with 2+ years of relevant industry experience.

Additional Details:
This is a full-time, onsite position based on a first-shift schedule (Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm), with overtime required as needed. Candidates located within a commutable distance to Cambridge, Massachusetts, are strongly encouraged to apply.
