Job Description

• Apply GMP/GLP standards consistently across all responsibilities.

• Identify, prevent, and correct deviations from the quality system.
• Perform all functions in compliance with state and federal employment regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Biology or related scientific field with 4-5 years of industry experience or a Master's Degree with 1-2 years of industry experience
• Demonstrated leadership experience
• Strong time management, communication, and organization
• Customer service experience is a plus
• Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship

Additional Information

What to Expect in the Hiring Process:

• 10-15 Minute Phone Interview with Region Recruiter
• 45-60 Minute Virtual Interview with Manager and/or Group Leaders
• 30 Minute Virtual Meeting with Site Director

Additional Details:

This is a full-time, onsite position based on a first-shift schedule (Monday through Friday), with overtime required as needed. Candidates located within a commutable distance to Rensselaer, New York, are strongly encouraged to apply.
