Job Description
Position Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Routine and non-routine microbiological and analytical testing such as bioburden testing, bacterial endotoxin testing, conductivity testing, total organic carbon testing on utility samples.
- Quarterly and annual trending of environmental monitoring and plant utility microbial data.
- Perform environmental monitoring of production clean rooms (including during aseptic processing and media fills) using non-viable particle counters, contact plates and microbial air samplers
- Sampling of plant utilities (WFI, purified water, compressed gas) using non-viable particle counters and microbial air samplers
- Plate reading and enumeration
- Maintain compliance with applicable ICH, GMP and safety regulations. Notify management of unexpected results, procedural deviations and equipment problems
- Actively contribute to the maintenance of a clean, safe working environment in the laboratories
Qualifications
This role may be for you if you have:
- BS in Microbiology, Biology, or other related field of study plus at least 1.5 years of related experience
- Experience working in a GMP environment
- Strong aseptic technique
- Team player
- Strong communication
- Customer Service mindset

Additional Details:
The work schedule will be Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, with overtime as needed. Candidates currently living within a commutable distance of West Chester, Pennsylvania, are encouraged to apply.
