Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive individual to provide essential laboratory support within a GMP-regulated environment. This role involves managing QC samples and reference standards, maintaining inventory, and supporting the overall efficiency of daily lab operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, aliquot, label, and distribute GMP samples and reference standards in support of multi-product, multi-site testing laboratories.
- Maintain accurate and compliant documentation of all sample handling activities by GMP and internal quality standards.
- Track and manage laboratory inventory, including ordering supplies, monitoring stock levels, and ensuring availability of critical materials.
- Support laboratory operations by coordinating timely sample flow and supply readiness across departments.
- Follow established SOPs and regulatory guidelines to ensure sample integrity, traceability, and compliance.
- Collaborate with lab personnel and senior scientists to resolve sample or supply-related issues efficiently.
- Assist in organizing and maintaining sample storage systems and supply areas to support operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- High school diploma with 2–5 years of experience, or an associate degree (AS) with 1–3 years of experience
- Background in a laboratory or manufacturing environment; experience in bioprocess or chemical process industries is preferred
- Proven ability to work effectively as part of a cross-functional team
- Comfortable in fast-paced environments and able to adapt quickly
- Familiarity with GMP principles and proper documentation practices
- Able to follow established procedures with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and multitasking skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience using electronic inventory management systems
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel; able to generate and manage documentation
- Working knowledge of quality systems such as LIMS; experience with LabWare LIMS preferred
- Experience with database management
- Ability to stand, sit, walk, and perform occasional light lifting
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without restriction or sponsorship

Additional Details:
This is a full-time, onsite position based on a first-shift schedule (Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM), with overtime required as needed. Candidates located within a commutable distance to Andover, MA, are strongly encouraged to apply.
