Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and technically proficient Application Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in IT concepts and systems administration, and will demonstrate a proactive, detail-oriented approach to solving technical challenges in a fast-paced environment. This role demands excellent organizational skills, a strong technical aptitude, and the ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks under pressure.
Key Responsibilities:
Deploy, configure, and maintain enterprise applications and PC imaging tools.
Provide frontline technical support for hardware, software, and networking issues.
Participate in system administration tasks across Windows OS environments.
Draft and maintain clear, concise technical documentation including procedures, investigations, and training materials.
Troubleshoot and resolve IT-related issues using a structured problem-solving approach.
Assist with internal audits, systems testing, and compliance initiatives as needed.
Collaborate cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams.
Qualifications
- Microsoft certification(s) or degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering or other related degree concentration, or equivalent directly-related experience (two years of directly related industry experience is equivalent to one full-time year of college in related major)
- Familiarity with application deployment tools and imaging
- Experience with technical writing including investigations, procedures, and/or training
- Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship.
- Coursework and/or demonstrated familiarity with IT concepts such as system administration, coding, programming, Windows OS, PC configuration, networking
Additional Information
This is a full-time position, working Monday-Friday 8am-5pm, overtime as needed. Candidates currently living within commutable distance to Lancaster, PA are encouraged to apply.
