The role requires strong problem‑solving skills, including understanding data flows, anticipating downstream impacts, diagnosing issues, and defining scalable, reliable process designs.
As part of the SGH NA Finance team, the Sr Analyst partners closely with field leadership to identify opportunities and resolve reporting issues. Strong communication skills are essential to explain complex reporting structures and address the needs of diverse stakeholders
