Your role:

Be the face of Ray‑Ban for Ireland’s independent optician network.

We’re looking for a dynamic and motivated Brand Account Manager to represent our iconic Ray‑Ban brand across Ireland. In this field‑based role, you will spend most of your time visiting independent optician customers, building strong partnerships, driving sales performance, and bringing the Ray‑Ban story to life in-store.

Main responsibilities:

Grow Sales & Strengthen Customer Relationships

  • Deliver targeted sales volumes, values, return rates, and brand distribution goals while meeting individual performance objectives.
  • Develop strong, long‑lasting relationships with independent optician partners through regular, high‑quality field visits.
  • Identify customer needs and present tailored solutions that drive both sell‑in and sell‑out.

Ensure Excellent Territory Coverage

  • Plan and maintain an effective customer visit schedule, ensuring consistent service levels in line with company guidelines.
  • Follow up on new leads and referrals generated through field activity.

Be a True Brand Ambassador

  • Present new and seasonal collections to customers at least twice per year in line with the annual commercial plan.
  • Deliver impactful brand, product, and visual merchandising training to sales and dispensing teams to drive customer recommendation.
  • Ensure customers understand and bring to life the heritage, vision, and product story of Ray‑Ban and our portfolio brands.

Execute Operational Excellence

  • Monitor stock levels, product range, and merchandising quality within client stores.
  • Ensure timely and accurate order input and follow up on order execution.
  • Identify and resolve customer concerns relating to EssilorLuxottica products or services.
  • Support local and international events, trade marketing activities, and visual merchandising initiatives.
  • Ensure full compliance with commercial policies.

Main requirements:

  • Skilled in delivering structured sales meetings, from needs assessment to objection handling and professional follow-up.
  • Effective planning skills with a consistent, structured approach to customer contact and territory management.
  • Able to convey exceptional product knowledge and act as a guardian of the brand and company culture.
  • Bring strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Are confident using an Apple iPad and proficient with Microsoft Office tools.
  • Ideally have experience or an understanding of the optical industry.
  • Hold a full, clean driving licence (essential for this field‑based role).
  • Have proven customer service or sales experience, ideally in field sales.
  • Preferably hold a bachelor’s degree (not essential).
