GENERAL FUNCTION
Lead LensCrafters’ Fleet Team partnership with Corporate Real Estate to ensure the store fleet remains well positioned in markets while proactively identifying and mitigating real estate risks. This role collaborates with the Brands field leadership in tactical planning purposes remaining close to market changes. Works closely with Real Estate for new market opportunities including expansions or acquisitions. Responsible to compiling and reporting to executive leadership strategic positions and direction around the Brand strategy. A critical responsibility is maintaining the accuracy and integrity of fleet data and key systems.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Serve as the primary fleet partner to Real Estate leadership on lease renewals, new stores, closures, and NRR initiatives.
- Lead real estate risk assessment related to closures and consolidation; provide weekly reporting on dark-time risk.
- Prepare and facilitate monthly Real Estate Committee materials, incorporating field insights and feedback.
- Provide strategic analysis to support real estate planning, brand positioning, and investment decisions.
- Act as a trusted advisor to field leadership; support Real Estate and Medical business reviews.
- Deliver regular project status updates to Executive Leadership and Finance, including risk and business impact.
- Establish tools, processes, and reporting to monitor fleet activities and maintain a centralized store attribute library.
- Track store-level issues and opportunities to inform capital investment decisions.
- Ensure consistent capture and integration of field feedback to drive continuous improvement.
- Develop executive-level reporting and communications for fleet initiatives.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 8+ years of program or project management experience leading large-scale initiatives
- Strong retail experience and business acumen
- Proven ability to influence and lead at the executive level
- Excellent prioritization, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
- Demonstrated ability to anticipate risks, manage issues, and apply lessons learned
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel (complex spreadsheets), and PowerPoint
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- MBA or advanced business degree
- Experience in ESRI or other real estate related database programs
Pay Range: 119,535.00 - 169,011.00
