GENERAL FUNCTION
The experienced and visionary People Transformation Director will drive the evolution of our people strategy and workforce capabilities. This role will lead transformative initiatives that enhance employee experience, enable organizational agility, and foster a high-performance culture. The successful candidate will work closely with senior leaders, HR, and key stakeholders to implement change management strategies and optimize workforce potential.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own people transformation strategies, aligning workforce plans with long-term business objectives and growth.
- Lead large-scale organizational change, driving a high-performance, people-centric culture.
- Advise senior leadership on future workforce strategies and influence transformation priorities.
- Lead organizational design to ensure efficiency, clear reporting lines, and optimal resource allocation.
- Design scalable, future-ready structures that adapt to market changes and growth.
- Define governance models, decision-making frameworks, and collaboration mechanisms to boost efficiency.
- Support transformation programs with HRBPs and Talent Team to identify the right talent mix.
- Redesign processes, eliminate redundancies, and leverage automation and technology for efficiency.
- Implement lean and agile practices to drive continuous improvement and effectiveness.
- Partner with Finance for cost-effective workforce planning and scalability.
- Establish KPIs and success metrics to measure transformation impact.
- Use analytics and predictive insights to inform decisions and track productivity and engagement.
- Define role structures, competency frameworks, and job architectures for clarity and talent utilization.
- Partner with L&D to deliver upskilling and reskilling programs, closing skill gaps and future-proofing capabilities.
- Leverage HR tech, AI analytics, and planning tools to enhance decisions and streamline operations.
- Drive HR digital transformation, including self-service platforms, automation, and data-driven talent solutions.
- Integrate HR innovation and best practices into people strategy.
- Align transformation initiatives with business priorities in partnership with senior leaders.
- Foster a high-performance leadership culture through coaching and mentorship.
- Track success metrics to ensure continuous evolution of HR and organizational strategies.
- Conduct impact assessments and feedback loops, adjusting initiatives based on data insights.
- Ensure alignment between business outcomes, workforce development, and engagement strategies.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's Business Administration, or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in HR, organizational transformation, or change management leadership roles.
- Proven track record of driving large-scale people transformation initiatives in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of HR data analytics and how to review data to measure a successful organizational design
- Deep expertise in organizational development best practices
- Exceptional leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
- Ability to think strategically and execute effectively.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Knowledge of retail field. Marketing organization or Medical network is a plus
- Consulting Background (People Segment, Consumer Industry) is a plus
Pay Range: 168,501.60 - 241,668.40
This posting is for an existing vacancy within our business. Employee pay is determined by multiple factors, including geography, experience, qualifications, skills and local minimum wage requirements.
