GENERAL FUNCTION
This role supports the field and store organization in driving strategic operational training and operations execution. This role is responsible for leading the optimization of retail resources to strengthen LensCrafters brand position across North America, facilitating open dialog to share and implement best practices.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop strategies and implementation plans that ensure our field population adopts critical strategic initiatives in partnership with the Leonardo Training Department.
- In partnership with the Training Dept. (Leonardo), lead the adoption of LensCrafters business cornerstones including the LensCrafters Customer Journey, Complete Vision Solutions, and our Brand’s Way of Working.
- Lead Field Leader Brand Onboarding, providing direction for program in partnership with Training Dept. and lead process with Recruiting and Hiring Manager for smooth assimilation.
- Serve as primary business partner between Store Operations and Training Dept. (Leonardo), assuming the position as brand advocate for training completion and knowledge saturation.
- Analyze execution quality metrics NPS, Google Reviews, Remakes & Refunds to understand gaps in the customer journey and drive strategic improvement.
- Partner with Training Dept. (Leonardo) to ensure LensCrafters strategic voice is represented in associate-facing trainings, supplementing with brand-specific training as needed.
- Partner with Field and HR Business Partners to develop role-specific brand training.
- Coordinate strategic feedback touchpoints with Brand & Field Leadership and Field Ambassadors to ensure training strategies meet the evolving needs of the business.
- Independently conducts field observations of the customer journey in stores, facilitates the execution of mystery shop program.
- Develop Cross Brand and Functional partnerships with intent for continuous learning and bring innovative ideas/solutions to the Brand strategies and implementations.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 10+ years of Field Leadership, Corporate Execution Support
- Experience in Learning & Development
- Ability to develop communication content across modalities: audio, visual and written
- Cross-Functional Project Management
- Self-motivated with proven ability to work independently
- Effective time-management & scheduling skills
- Ability to balance multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to build relationships across all functions / levels
- Entrepreneurial spirit
- Willingness to travel
- Experience in retail industry preferred
Pay Range: 117,481.72 - 181,992.01
Employee pay is determined by multiple factors, including geography, experience, qualifications, skills and local minimum wage requirements. In addition, you may also be offered a competitive bonus and/or commission plan, which complements a first-class total rewards package.
