COMMERCIAL COORDINATOR (subsidiary)

Enza Zaden is looking for a highly motivated Commercial Coordinator to join our team in the United States.

What will you do as a Commercial Coordinator?

As Commercial Coordinator, you ensure optimization of inventory level and maintain a well-organized seed supply chain within the subsidiary in collaboration with Seed Operations stakeholders, while facilitating communication and coordination for Marketing & Sales stakeholders, providing timely and relevant information on product availability according to customer demands.

• Collaborate with Product Managers and Sales Managers regarding active portfolio materials.
• Develop SKU forecasts in accordance with open order data and replenishment plans.
• Proactively communicate availability updates within customer orders.
• Support Marketing and Sales by collecting and analyzing data related to forecast demands.
• Work closely with counterparts in Europe to assure timely delivery of local seed needs.
• Review quality specifications and manage surpluss or obsolete stock.
• Other duties as required.

As a Commercial Coordinator, you have a good understanding how the supply chain works and want to be part of a growing company. You are well spoken, driven and want to serve our customers efficiently. You work as a linking pin and main contact for Marketing and Sales, along with Supply Chain, providing timely updates regarding seed availability.

You are a dynamic person who takes initiative, is highly collaborative, and has an organized method of working. You can work independently, but you are also able to work in a cross-functional teams and intercultural project teams.

• Bachelor’s Degree preferably in administration, economics, or logistics.
• 6+ years of relevant work experience within the vegetable seed industry preferred.

• Professional, assertive, and clear communication skills (verbal and written).
• Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail, able to interrogate data and produce detailed outputs.
• Occasional business travel (< 10% of the working time)
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Compensation & Benefits:

The following information is provided in good faith as a general description of the starting pay range and benefits for the position posted. The compensation offered to the successful candidate depends on experience, skills, education, work location, and other objective job-related factors.

Starting salary pay range: $79,208 - $85,000
