Responsibilities
- Lead, supervise, and manage the project team in the execution of all Addition & Alteration (A&A) and project works for multiple facilities.
- Plan, coordinate, and implement A&A and project works, ensuring timely completion, within budget, and in compliance with all relevant statutory regulations, safety requirements, and client specifications.
- Coordinate closely with clients, consultants, contractors, and regulatory authorities to manage project timelines, resolve issues, and ensure alignment with expectations.
- Liaise with sub-contractors and vendors to obtain and evaluate quotations, manage procurement activities, and monitor contract performance to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.
- Review and prepare technical drawings, scope of works, feasibility studies, and detailed project proposals based on site requirements and client objectives.
- Provide technical guidance and advice to team members, clients, and stakeholders to ensure effective execution and resolution of technical issues during the project lifecycle.
- Monitor site progress, conduct inspections, and ensure quality assurance and workplace safety are maintained throughout all phases of the project.
- Review, update, and maintain project documentation, including drawings, permits, reports, and records.
- Handle any other ad-hoc duties or responsibilities as assigned to support the effective delivery of facilities and project services.
Requirements
- Degree in Engineering, Building Services, Facilities Management, Project Management, or a related field.
- At least 3 years relevant working experience in project management, preferably in the facilities management or construction industry, with proven involvement in A&A works.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills to engage effectively with clients, contractors, and stakeholders
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Microsoft Project, and Microsoft Office tools.
- Has a good safety mindset and displays good WSH behaviour.
