Senior Business Development Manager
Key responsibilities will include:
- Track and be accountable for overall team productivity
- Help recruit, onboard, and build a team of top-performing sales development reps
- Coach, support, and train your team in sales methodologies to improve qualification processes
- Work with your team & enablement to identify new opportunities and develop targeted sales pitches
- Inspire, lead and create a positive and high-performance culture and sales environment
- Own your team's metrics & performance, ensuring accurate data is recorded on Salesforce and report upwards as appropriate
The ideal candidate:
- 2+ years of sales development management experience in SaaS or 5+ years of general sales or sales development management experience.
- Organized, self-motivated leader with proven ability to manage teams
- Adaptability – ability to keep up with the rapid pace of change during hyper-growth.
