Position Summary:

The Instructional Design/Content Intern will report to the Sr. Instructional Designer and will support the design and development of engaging and effective learning materials. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain practical experience in instructional design and contribute to real-world projects.

This position will be a 2.5 month, 20/hour a week 2024 summer internship and will be located in-person in our Palo Alto headquarters. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level and location and the salary for this summer internship is $25-30/hour.

What You’ll Do:

As an Instructional Design/Content intern, you will support the CX Training team by:

  • Drafting, editing, and preparing micro-learning content, including videos, graphics, and written content.
  • Assisting with the building, editing, and testing of eLearning courses on Learning Management Systems (LMS).
  • Improving accessibility for training content within our LMS.

What We’re Looking For:

  • A student currently enrolled in a graduate program focused on Curriculum Development, Instructional Design, or a related degree focus area
  • Open to teachers wanting to transition into tech
  • Proactive with the ability to adapt to a changing environment
  • The ability to adjust to new tasks, actions or projects based on circumstances
  • The ability to convey information to others based on the audience’s written or verbal communication
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to effectively prioritize work and think about future priorities
  • Ability to be detailed oriented
  • Located in Palo Alto or able to relocate to Palo Alto for the duration of the internship
