Come brighten your life and over half a billion more!</p> <p><strong>This role is based in Beijing, China.</strong></p> <h2><strong>You will…</strong></h2> <ul> <li>Work with executive leadership to drive product strategy and growth for the Duolingo English Test</li> <li>Generate alignment across a highly diverse group of internal and external stakeholders, including psychometricians, software engineers, machine learning researchers, UX designers, business development professionals, and university admissions officers</li> <li>Drive product features through their entire creative cycle: ideation, specification, development, release, analysis, and iteration</li> <li>Be responsible for the acquisition funnel and growing global test volume</li> </ul> <h2><strong>You have</strong></h2> <ul> <li>4+ years experience generating outstanding results as a Product Manager at a global software company</li> <li>Experience leading product and engineering teams</li> <li>An instinct for creating simple and intuitive user experiences</li> <li>Ability to utilize user insights, data, and statistical analyses from experiments to inform decisions</li> <li>Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business, Design, Psychology, or equivalent</li> <li>You are currently based in Beijing, China or are available to relocate there</li> <li>You are able to travel to Duolingo headquarters in Pittsburgh, PA, USA up to 2 times a year</li> </ul> <h2><strong>Exceptional candidates will have:</strong></h2> <ul> <li>Advanced degree in Business, Computer Science, Design, Psychology, or equivalent</li> <li>Professional experience in areas highly related to our work as product managers at Duolingo, such as software engineering, design, data analysis, language learning, or learning assessment.</li> </ul> <p>________________________________________________________________________________________________________</p> <p>We will do everything we can within reason to make sure that your interview takes place in an environment that fairly and accurately assesses your skills.
