We’re defining what it means to build and deliver the most extraordinary sports and entertainment experiences. Our global team is trailblazing new markets, developing cutting-edge products, and shaping the future of responsible gaming.

Here, “impossible” isn’t part of our vocabulary. You’ll face some of the toughest but most rewarding challenges of your career. They’re worth it. Channeling your inner grit will accelerate your growth, help us win as a team, and create unforgettable moments for our customers.

The Crown Is Yours

We are in search of a Responsible Gaming Operations Specialist who will work with the Responsible Gaming (RG) team to support and execute core operational processes tied to state regulatory requirements and internal account review workflows. When joining us, you’ll focus on managing the day-to-day operations of our Exclusions Hub tool, supporting manual account reviews in collaboration with our Customer Experience team, and helping the RG program run smoothly, compliantly, and efficiently.

What you’ll do as a Responsible Gaming Operations Specialist

  • Manage day-to-day operations of the Exclusions Hub, our internal tool for processing and maintaining state-mandated self-exclusion lists.

  • Manually review and verify incoming data from state regulators to ensure accurate player exclusions.

  • Troubleshoot operational and technical issues in the Exclusions Hub and collaborate with Engineering on fixes and improvements.

  • Serve as a key point of contact for internal stakeholders (Compliance, Legal, CX) and external regulators on matters related to self-exclusion data, processing accuracy, and opportunities for regulatory process improvement.

  • Collaborate with Customer Experience and RG colleagues to execute manual account review workflows and support internal review decisions.

  • Work on leveraging AI and automation to enhance internal workflows and improve the accuracy, speed, and consistency of manual customer reviews.

  • Maintain up-to-date process documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and audit logs for exclusion and review operations.

  • Monitor recurring issues or inefficiencies and collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to propose and implement improvements to tooling, documentation, or workflows.

  • Assist with onboarding and training for internal stakeholders involved in manual RG operations.

  • Support audit preparation and ensure process adherence to internal and external standards.

What you’ll bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.

  • A minimum of 2+ years experience in operations, customer service, regulatory compliance, or a related field.

  • Experience working with complex data inputs, internal tools, or workflow management systems.

  • Strong attention to detail and process discipline — especially in a compliance-oriented environment.

  • Ability to identify process breakdowns and propose thoughtful, scalable solutions.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for working with cross-functional partners and regulators.

  • Experience in online gaming, tech, or a regulated industry, and familiarity with responsible gaming or problem gambling programs is a plus.
