We’re defining what it means to build and deliver the most extraordinary sports and entertainment experiences. Our global team is trailblazing new markets, developing cutting-edge products, and shaping the future of responsible gaming.

Here, “impossible” isn’t part of our vocabulary. You’ll face some of the toughest but most rewarding challenges of your career. They’re worth it. Channeling your inner grit will accelerate your growth, help us win as a team, and create unforgettable moments for our customers.

The Crown Is Yours

As Senior Director of Platform Product Design & Research, you’ll lead a multidisciplinary team across consumer platform design, enterprise tooling, and user research. This is a critical leadership role where you’ll drive the strategic vision for platform experiences that serve millions of users and enable hundreds of internal teams. You'll work closely with product, engineering, analytics, and executive leadership to identify opportunities, shape strategy, and deliver world-class solutions across our portfolio.

What you’ll do

  • Lead and grow a team of design and research managers, fostering a culture of excellence, experimentation, and inclusion.

  • Own and evolve the design strategy for our platform—spanning both customer-facing features and internal tools—ensuring alignment with business objectives and product roadmaps.

  • Drive innovation in enterprise tooling by applying best-in-class UX practices from financial, marketing, and AI-powered systems to enhance usability, efficiency, and insight.

  • Champion the development and governance of scalable design systems to ensure platform-wide cohesion, accessibility, and speed.

  • Integrate user research deeply into the product development lifecycle, enabling data-driven decisions and prioritizing user needs.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and other leaders to balance user value, technical feasibility, and business impact.

  • Represent design at the executive level—advocating for a user-centered, systems-thinking approach across all platform initiatives.

  • Stay on the forefront of design and technology trends, including AI and automation, to continuously elevate our platform experiences.

What you’ll bring

  • Proven experience leading and mentoring senior design leaders, including those managing teams focused on both B2C and B2B/enterprise experiences.

  • Deep expertise in designing enterprise tools within complex, high-scale environments (e.g., finance, marketing, or AI/ML-intensive systems).

  • Strong strategic thinking and communication skills, with a track record of influencing at the executive level.

  • Hands-on experience scaling platform-wide design systems that support consistency, quality, and speed.

  • Operational rigor—ability to improve workflows, prioritize investments, and deliver results in fast-paced environments.

  • A collaborative, inclusive leadership style that empowers cross-functional teams and fosters high-impact design culture.

  • Bonus: Experience leading both Product Design and UX Research functions under one umbrella.
