The Crown Is Yours

As a Senior Manager Slot Games Development on our iGaming Marketing & Operations team, you will create engaging slot games for our customers from conception to launch with a focus on adding new products to our game portfolio for multiple jurisdictions. You will design game documents and write detailed game descriptions that enable the ground-up creation of digital gaming products. You will continuously seek to optimize the DraftKings Casino player experience and work closely with operations, product and engineering to build compelling, innovative table games that stand out and drive revenue

What you’ll do as a Senior Manager of Slot Games Development

  • Develop casino slot games and own projects from the development stage to delivery participating in all aspects of a game design including entertainment, pacing, mathematical outcomes, and player communication.

  • Research casino slot games and jurisdictional regulations, considering the launch of current and future products.

  • Test game builds at all stages of development and troubleshoot applications on various devices.

  • Translate casino game design experience into digital environments while ensuring the essence of casino play isn’t lost.

  • Create new game concepts and mechanics from scratch and liaise with outside vendors.

  • Assist in managing the release of new casino games into the DraftKings Casino ecosystem.

  • Collaborate with Production and Development teams to deliver a completed final product.

  • Assist in measuring the performance of each game and feature launched and help set KPI metrics for additional products.

  • Assist team members in implementing optimal project management processes to improve overall team efficiency and delivery success rates.

  • Leverage domain expertise to recommend and implement processes and line of business improvements. You will also provide strategic planning input.

What you’ll bring

  • At least 5 years of professional experience in relevant roles within slot games in the casino or gaming industry.

  • Extensive knowledge of mathematics and mechanics involved in slot games, gameplay, features, and jackpot functions and have a passion for casino games.

  • Strong ability to influence peers and senior-level business partners to drive change and innovation.

  • Flexibility and ability to adapt to changing priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.

  • A proven track record of completing projects on time with strong attention to detail.

  • High proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe Photoshop.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $136,000.00 - $204,000.00, plus bonus, equity, and benefits as applicable. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
