Are you looking to join a growing campus recruiting team? We are looking for someone to join the team who is passionate and excited about campus recruiting and loves working with interns and co-ops!
This person will be a key member of the campus recruiting team. You will identify, develop, and maintain relationships with academic faculty, students, and career centers. You will also partner with hiring managers to bring in qualified campus talent and see them through the interview process, through to hire and onboarding. The ideal person will be goal-focused and will show creativity, resourcefulness, and a positive, can-do attitude.
What you’ll do as a Campus Talent Acquisition Associate
Managing campus relationships at key universities
Driving campus candidate generation and maintaining candidate pipelines
Identifying top talent and managing candidates through interview process to offer acceptance and start
Provide a world-class candidate experience and provide timely communication and feedback throughout all stages of the interview process
Willingness to travel during busy recruiting seasons
Planning, coordinating, and facilitating on and off campus events
Assisting the hiring managers and interview teams with campus presentations, facilitation of interviews and the evaluation process
What you’ll bring
1-2 years’ experience in campus recruiting
Bachelor’s degree required
Experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Proven campus sourcing experience and strong candidate selling skills
Track record of success in closing candidates in highly competitive situations
Strong problem-solving skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to collaborate and work well in a team environment while maintaining a positive attitude
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $59,200 - $88,800, plus bonus, equity, and benefits as applicable. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range and how that was determined during the hiring process.
