We’re looking for a strategic, creative, and hands-on Senior Manager of Content Marketing to lead our global content efforts. In this role, you’ll own DV’s content strategy, oversee a small but mighty team, and collaborate across the business to deliver thought-provoking, high-impact content that fuels awareness, supports enterprise sales, and shapes industry perception.
What You’ll Do
- Lead DV’s global content strategy to increase brand authority, drive top-of-funnel engagement, and support market expansion.
- Build and scale a thought leadership engine that translates technical capabilities and our unique POV into compelling content across formats—from blogs and guides to videos.
- Collaborate closely with Product Marketing, Analytics, Sales, Business Development, and Executives to develop narratives, insights, and storytelling that resonate with senior decision-makers.
- Manage and mentor a small team of content marketers, helping them prioritize work, develop professionally, and execute at a high level.
- Oversee content production across web, blog, social media, PR, events, partner channels, and analyst/earned media, ensuring consistency in voice, tone, and brand.
- Establish content governance and editorial standards across internal contributors and external agencies/freelancers.
- Set and track performance goals, optimizing content strategy based on audience engagement and business impact.
Who You Are
- A strategic storyteller with a strong editorial sense and a portfolio that demonstrates excellent writing, creative thinking, and digital content production.
- Experienced in managing content across multiple formats and platforms—including web, social, video, and long-form assets.
- Adept at working cross-functionally and influencing stakeholders at all levels.
- Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
- A team leader and mentor who takes pride in elevating others.
- Entrepreneurial and proactive, with a passion for B2B marketing and a track record of driving measurable impact through content.
Qualifications
- 5–7 years of experience in B2B content marketing, journalism, or communications—strong preference for adtech or SaaS background.
- Experience managing at least 1–2 direct reports or leading small teams.
- Excellent writing and editing skills with a sharp eye for grammar, structure, and brand voice.
- Deep understanding of the digital media landscape and platforms like LinkedIn, YouTube, and X.
- Proficiency with content management systems, marketing automation tools, and analytics platforms.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
The successful candidate’s starting salary will be determined based on a number of non-discriminating factors, including qualifications for the role, level, skills, experience, location, and balancing internal equity relative to peers at DV.
The estimated salary range for this role based on the qualifications set forth in the job description is between $106,000 - $201,000. This role will also be eligible for bonus/commission (as applicable), equity, and benefits.
The range above is for the expectations as laid out in the job description; however, we are often open to a wide variety of profiles, and recognize that the person we hire may be more or less experienced than this job description as posted.
Not-so-fun fact: Research shows that while men apply to jobs when they meet an average of 60% of job criteria, women and other marginalized groups tend to only apply when they check every box. So if you think you have what it takes but you’re not sure that you check every box, apply anyway!
