Make your impact within a rapidly growing Fintech Company
BILL is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join the Revenue FP&A team. This analyst position will have high visibility to business-critical processes and regular interactions with BILL’s decision makers. The role provides decision support through business case financial modeling, and will own the forecast process for a variety of products.
To thrive in BILL's growing environment, the ideal candidate will be a proactive self-starter with a strong capacity for logical reasoning and effective project management. This role requires a love for learning and problem-solving, along with excellent active listening skills and keen attention to detail.
- Drive the monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasting process for revenue and expenses, providing insights into underlying drivers and variances
- Partner with Strategic Partnership to identify risks and opportunities with financial institution partners
- Update financial models to support prioritization and sound decision making
- Partner with cross-functional teams to identify process improvements and automation
- Collaborate with accounting to ensure accuracy and compliance of financial statements
- Derive insights from large data sets and present recommendations to leadership
- Prepare executive presentations and reporting on all of the above
We’d love to chat if you have:
- 1-3 years of relevant experience
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business, economics, or a related analytical field (e.g. math, engineering)
- Expert Excel skills and experience with financial modeling
- High level of accountability, execution, and a strong desire to achieve outstanding results
- Sound business acumen, logical reasoning, and critical thinking skills
- Detailed oriented – yet able to be concise and to think at a high level
- Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication – with an emphasis on active listening
- Ability to prioritize, deal with interruptions, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

The estimated salary range for this role is noted below for our San Jose based role. Our ranges for each role and job level are based on a variety of factors including candidate experience, expertise, and geographic location and may vary from the amounts listed above. The role is also eligible for a competitive benefits package that includes: medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, 401(k) retirement plan, flexible spending & health savings account, paid holidays, paid time off, and other company benefits.
