About the Department
The Go-To-Market (GTM) Operations team at BILL supports the alignment and execution of high-impact initiatives across Marketing, Product-Led Growth (PLG), Sales, and Customer Success. We enable scalable systems, data infrastructure, and operational processes that accelerate growth and improve the customer experience.
As part of our investment in PLG and lifecycle marketing, we’re building out modern marketing automation and data activation capabilities with Inflection.io and a Customer Data Platform (CDP). These tools are key to delivering personalized, data-driven journeys that increase adoption, drive engagement, and improve ROI across the user lifecycle.
About the Role
We are hiring a Growth Marketing Operations Manager to support the implementation and ongoing execution of Inflection.io, our Customer Data Platform, and automated lifecycle journey creation. This role will play a key part in enabling data-driven decisions and campaign execution within the PLG motion, helping to accelerate time-to-value and improve campaign performance.
You will collaborate closely with Product Growth, Marketing, Data Engineering, and RevOps to ensure platforms are properly configured, campaigns are launched efficiently, and customer journeys are optimized to meet business goals.
We’d love to chat if you can:
Assist in the implementation and ongoing configuration of Inflection.io and our Customer Data Platform (CDP) to support marketing automation and journey orchestration.
Build and manage lifecycle campaigns tied to user behavior and product usage signals (activation, onboarding, expansion, retention).
Collaborate with Marketing and Product Growth teams to translate lifecycle strategies into operational journeys and trackable campaigns.
Support data ingestion and activation workflows, ensuring the right signals flow from the CDP into downstream marketing tools.
Create and maintain campaign assets, workflows, and segmentation logic in Inflection.io.
Monitor campaign performance and surface insights to stakeholders to inform iteration and optimization.
Maintain documentation and support enablement for cross-functional teams using Inflection.io and the CDP.
Ensure data quality, governance, and platform best practices are followed consistently.

- Familiarity with product usage data and behavioral tracking for triggering lifecycle campaigns.
- Solid understanding of campaign logic, segmentation, and personalization strategies.
- Comfort working with basic SQL and marketing data tools (e.g., Looker, Amplitude, GA4, Tableau).
- Experience collaborating across functions including Marketing, Product, Engineering, and Analytics.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in a SaaS or product-led growth environment.
- Experience with experimentation or A/B testing within lifecycle campaigns.
- Knowledge of event schema and data taxonomy best practices.
- Exposure to campaign measurement frameworks (e.g., funnel analysis, time-to-value, activation rate, etc.).
