Make your impact within a rapidly growing Fintech Company
We are seeking a talented Strategic Account Executive to lead and grow relationships within our Top 500 U.S.-based Accounting Firms who are already using BILL. Your role will focus on expanding value, driving product adoption, and uncovering new growth opportunities within a defined portfolio of existing firms.
You’ll act as a trusted advisor across all levels of these complex CPA, Accounting, and Virtual CFO practices, ensuring they get the most out of BILL and see us as an essential partner. If you thrive in strategic conversations, drive impact through relationship management, and are passionate about long-term client success, this is your next role.
- Proactively managing a portfolio of top accounting firms, ensuring engagement, retention, and expansion
- Driving cross-sell and upsell opportunities across BILL’s products, with a focus on S&E and platform adoption
- Running quarterly business reviews (QBRs) to communicate product value, roadmap, and strategic alignment
- Acting as a connector between product, support, and your firms to resolve challenges and identify scalable opportunities
- Forecasting growth and maintaining accurate reporting of pipeline and account health
We'd love to chat if you have:
- 5+ years of experience in Software/SaaS or FinTech account management or strategic sales
- A proven track record of growing revenue within existing customer bases
- Prior experience managing or selling into Accounting firms, CPAs, or financial services preferred
- Strong business acumen and consultative approach to customer success and expansion
- Ability to work from a virtual home office and travel up to 30% as needed
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

This role is eligible to participate in BILL’s sales incentive and equity plans. Our ranges for each role and job level are based on a variety of factors including candidate experience, expertise, and geographic location and may vary from the amounts listed above. The role is also eligible for a competitive benefits package that includes: medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, 401(k) retirement plan, flexible spending & health savings account, paid holidays, paid time off, and other company benefits.
The On Target Earnings (OTE) range noted below are remote based roles in the specific geographic zone
