What we’re doing isn’t easy. But nothing worth doing ever is.

We envision a future powered by robots that work seamlessly with human teams. We build artificial intelligence that enables service robots to collaborate with people and adapt to dynamic human environments. Join our mission-driven, venture-backed team as we build out our customer-facing operations arm. At Diligent Robotics, our robots are already working in hospitals across the country, helping care teams focus on what matters most: patient care. As our deployments scale, we are building a world-class commercial organization to ensure our partners realize meaningful operational and financial value from our technology.

As a Senior Account Manager you are responsible for owning and growing strategic relationships with Diligent Robotics’ health system partners. This role serves as the primary commercial point of contact for executive stakeholders within client organizations, ensuring successful deployments, renewals, and expansion of robotic workflows across departments, hospitals, and health systems. The Senior Account Manager will work cross-functionally with customer success, operations, product, and sales teams to maximize customer value, secure contract renewals, and identify opportunities to expand the adoption of Diligent’s robotic solutions across new sites and use cases.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and manage strategic relationships with key client stakeholders, including hospital executives, operational leaders, innovation teams, and clinical leadership.
  • Serve as the primary commercial point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and long-term partnership success.

  • Translate customer feedback and operational insights into actionable input for product and engineering teams.
  • Manage complex stakeholder environments and procurement processes within large health systems.
  • Track and forecast account performance, pipeline expansion opportunities, and renewal timelines.
  • Identify risks to customer satisfaction or retention and proactively drive mitigation plans.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients on how to scale robotics adoption within their organization.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of experience in account management, customer success, enterprise sales, or strategic partnerships.
