Your mission: You will provide leadership and functional/operational oversight of all Quick Market teams and operations. You are an expert person with numbers, manage backend operations, strategize sales and business development opportunities and most importantly you will lead, listen, and engage with both functional teams and contribute to the executive business decisions. Your heroic Duties and Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Lead and supervise day to day business operations and make sure the business delivers on our strategy and operational plans.</li> <li>Play a central and proactive role in formulating new strategies and utilizing solutions to maintain best in the online grocery market.</li> <li>Formulate budgets and allocate recourse for all the teams in conjunction with department</li> <li>Lead high performing teams and help the existing members grow and develop their careers.</li> <li>Investigate current problems in a way that you can identify the reasons to be resolved, and what we are optimizing for, figure out the trade-offs of different options and execute on the solution.</li> <li>Create operational dashboards for better visibility of key performance indicators of processes.</li> <li>Facilitate time studies of various functions across the operations for fair performance evaluations.</li> <li>Conduct operations compliance audits to ensure standard operating procedures are being followed across all the functional teams.</li> <li>Work directly with the company’s founders and senior executives to inform long-term strategy</li> <li>Design strategies to reduce risk related to commercial relationships</li> <li>Engage, manage, and ensure quality of work performed by outside vendors for various matters</li> <li>Other duties as requested.</li> </ul> Your heroic skills: <ul> <li>Multi-tasking.</li> <li>Client focus.</li> <li>Active listening Skill.</li> <li>Team Leadership.</li> <li>Strong Communication.</li> <li>Attention to Detail.</li> <li>Team Motivation.</li> <li style="font-weight:400;"> </li> </ul> Nice to have: <ul> <li>Bachelor's / Master’s degree in BA, Marketing, or a Related Field.</li> <li>Minimum of 5 years as an E-Commerce Manager or Retail Manager specifically in the FMCG sector.</li> </ul> Why Delivery Hero?
