As a Product Manager for Onboarding, you will drive the success of the first experience our users have with Datadog: from prospects evaluating Datadog, to new teammates joining a fully operating Datadog environment, through to team leads considering a complementary Datadog Product to monitor their stack.

You’ll own and lead onboarding across all Datadog Products, and provide other teams with business insights, best practices and platform components to support overall growth.

What You’ll Do:

  • Define what success looks like and build a vision for it, developing a deep understanding of the different personas onboarding Datadog, as well as broad understanding of the whole Datadog Product suite
  • Working with your Onboarding Platform team, incentivize other Product groups to improve onboarding in their area, and be trusted as their expert and pragmatic partner
  • Collaborating with all Datadog Product Managers, conceive an ambitious roadmap, and execute finding the right mix of platform and product-specific development effort
  • Partner with our WebOps Product Manager, driving the acquisition and conversion funnel upstream
  • Partner with marketing, sales and post sales to find complementary approaches between in-app onboarding features and broader enablement material

At Datadog, we place value in our office culture - the relationships and collaboration it builds and the creativity it brings to the table. We operate as a hybrid workplace to ensure our Datadogs can create a work-life harmony that best fits them.

  • You have sharp communication skills, the willingness to present your ideas to technical stakeholders and executives alike
  • You have a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent experience. MBA is a plus.

Datadog values people from all walks of life. We know not everyone will meet all the above qualifications on day one. That’s okay. If you’re passionate about technology and want to grow your experience, we encourage you to apply.
