The Sr/ Manager, Strategy & Planning will be a key member of our Brand Management team, more specifically, our Planning & Innovation (P&I) team. This team operates with an enterprise-wide general management lens to shape innovation pipelines, solve complex portfolio-level challenges, and catalyze strategy to execution to position our business for long-term growth. P&I roles require a combination of strategic thinking, consumer-centricity, operational rigor and the ability to navigate complex stakeholder relationships. This role’s primary focus will be leading, and orchestrating work across Strategy and Business Planning, with less emphasis on Innovation, Prioritization, and Mission & Sustainability. The Sr/ Manager will shape business strategy through quarterbacking planning cycles and leading cross brand initiatives, define strategic narratives, and serve as a trusted partner to executives in driving transformation.

The Sr/Manager may be responsible for, but not limited to:
- Shepherd the creation of cross-functionally enabled Strat Plans guided by Global Category & US strategies including defining Where to Play and How to Win
- Mobilize aligned strategies into action across functions to articulate second order implications and ensure enablement across time horizons – e.g., volume planning, supply chain strategy, commercial strategy, etc
- Identify actions and assumptions to enable annual plan to deliver ambition aligned to strategy by quarterbacking cross-functional planning process, tying through to impact and enablement
- Lead high impact cross-functional strategic and transformation initiatives to deliver business ambition, such as portfolio strategy, enterprise resource allocation and routine optimization
- Steer Yogurt, Shakes, Kids categories toward more consistent performance and craft performance narrative in business updates (e.g., QBR) for key stakeholders
- Optimize and execute SKY team routines to increase Leadership Team and Business Unit efficiency and effectiveness
- Potential to lead other high impact projects across Long Term Innovation, Mission & Sustainability and Prioritization as capacity and business need warrants

This role is hybrid and will be based at one of our headquarters locations in White Plains, NY, or Louisville, CO.
The base compensation range for this position is $108,000 - $161,000 commensurate with experience.
