The Associate Manager, Omni Customer Enablement & Syndication (GDSN/AFH), will report to the Manager, Omni Customer Enablement & Syndication and support our mission to deliver best-in-class digital product experiences across key retail and distributor partners. This role will partner with our Agency partner to drive end-to-end GDSN/AFH syndication and product data readiness across brands, ensuring innovation and renovation items are accurately set up, compliant, and customer-ready. Responsibilities include new item setup, AFH customer portal and scorecard support, and scalable product data governance and lifecycle processes in partnership with Sales, managed services, and cross-functional teams. The role requires strong hands-on expertise in Salsify, Syndigo, and 1WorldSync and serves as the internal GDSN expert, driving activation, digital recommendations, and strategic connectivity across teams. As business needs evolve, this position may also flex to support broader Digital Shelf syndication priorities.
Essential Functions & Responsibilities
GDSN & AFH Syndication Leadership
- Syndication ownership: Partner with our Agency partner for end-to-end GDSN and AFH syndication across key customers, owning new item setup, ongoing data projects, and ad hoc requests to ensure compliance
- Customer compliance: Manage projects related to customer-specific GDSN requirements, distributor portal maintenance, and data gap resolution (Sysco and other AFH partners)
- Vendor partnership: Coordinate syndication managed services priorities, activation timelines, and issue resolution
- Reporting: Own AFH compliance scorecard tracking and performance improvement over time, and reporting
Product Data & Lifecycle Ownership
- Master data governance: Maintain product attribute accuracy (nutrition, allergens, specifications) as the source of truth across systems
- Data lifecycle management: Partner with Master Data, Regulatory, Quality, R&D, and other cross-functional partners to create and maintain scalable processes for collecting, validating, and maintaining product data to close data gaps and meet evolving retailer and distributor requirements
- Data quality controls: Implement validation and integrity processes to ensure long-term compliance and accuracy
- Digital asset enablement: Own creation and delivery of GDSN-specific digital assets in partnership with graphic production teams and partner agency.
Project Management & Processes
- Product Launch activation: Drive cross-functional accountability to deliver syndication for GDSN/AFH and product data to support Digital Shelf syndication.
- Workflow management: Track syndication progress and prioritize workstreams, and manage activation through Asana and related tools
- Operational leadership: Coordinate syndication processes across GDSN, Digital Shelf, and product record readiness workstreams
- Continuous improvement: Identify process enhancements to improve efficiency, scalability, and speed-to-market
- Stakeholder engagement: Maintain structured communication with Sales, eCommerce, agencies, and internal partners
This position is hybrid and can be based in either White Plains, NY or Louisville, CO.
The base compensation range for this position is $95,000 - $110,000 commensurate with experience.
