Job Summary
At Danone, manufacturing premium beverage products and optimizing supply chain efficiency drives our plant team's success. We are currently looking to hire a Production Supervisor based in Dallas, Texas. This role is responsible for all aspects of leading and managing the night shift production team. Incumbents are responsible for ensuring that daily, weekly, and monthly production KPIs are met for Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery, Mobilization, Nature and Growth. This is a complex, fast-paced beverage production environment where strategic leadership directly impacts operational excellence and product quality.
Key Responsibilities

- You will cultivate a high-performance team through comprehensive training, personalized coaching, and meaningful recognition that empowers employee growth and success.
- You will ensure that set standards are adhered to at all times with regard to Safety and Quality
- You will lead the team by ensuring daily focus on SQCDMN (Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery, Mobilization, Nature)
- You will be responsible for monitoring the performance and corrective actions for the Night shift production team, ensuring that information boards are updated.
You will review long-term data trends and facilitate remedial activities using CI methodologies to determine root cause and restoration - You will ensure that corrective measures are complete for all areas within the production department, for assigned shift.
- You will strategically develop staffing and scheduling plans that optimize team performance, eliminate operational bottlenecks, and ensure consistent, reliable delivery of our high-quality products.
- You will champion the deployment of business systems
- You will Lead / facilitate / participate in continuous improvement events
- You will communicate effectively across all levels of the organization, keeping teams updated regarding issues affecting performance
- You will lead the team and manage any employee relation matters, with guidance sought from HR
- Other duties as assigned
