The HQ Sales Planning Analyst plays a critical role in driving accurate, timely, and aligned processes across the Sales organization. This role supports key sales planning cycles, master data workflows, pricing updates, and cross-functional coordination with partners such as Master Data, Sales, RGM, Finance, and Category Commercial. Success in this role requires strong operational discipline, proactive communication, and the ability to manage multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

This job sits within the RGM & Sales Strategy organization and reports to the Director of Sales Planning.
Responsibilities include:
Planning & Process Management
- Coordinate customer hierarchy changes (2x per year)
- Manage pricing change process/materials with Revenue Growth Management, Finance, Master Data and Sales
- Coordinate Planning Process Calendars for Plan Alignment Meetings
Master Data & System Governance
- Maintain the Material Spec Sheet
- Support customer setup with Master Data and Sales
- Manage SKU and pack group maintenance
- Facilitate innovation pack group creation
- Support updates to Danone Way of Selling (DWS) templates/tools
Business Support
- Support slide creation for Sales Monthly Business Review (MBR)
- Support for business integration
- Other duties to be assigned to support the business
The salary range for this position is $60,000 – $65,000 USD. The exact salary offered will depend on several factors, including the candidate’s relevant experience, geographic location, internal equity, and market conditions.
