Our Leadership and Culture Team works across Danone U.S. to define and drive leadership development strategies, support employee engagement and team effectiveness that support the strategic objectives of the business. By joining our Leadership and Culture Team, you will be responsible for understanding the leadership development needs and creating and delivering learning strategies for our people leaders. Through thorough needs analysis and proactive and transparent stakeholder management, the Leadership & Culture Manager identifies and determines effective interventions for the organization. The Leadership & Culture Manager also facilitates leadership development sessions for internal client groups and analyzes the efficacy of learning initiatives with an eye towards continuous improvement.
We are currently looking to hire a learning manager based out of Louisville, CO or White Plains, NY
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Regularly engaging stakeholders to understand the leadership development & culture needs of your target audiences
- Partnering with stakeholders, including senior leaders, to develop facilitations that meet their needs including facilitations that address complex group dynamics and strategic alignment sessions
- Adapting content for diverse leadership teams and facilitating up to 1 - 2 sessions per week in alignment with the established annual Leadership & Culture strategy
- Working cross-functionally with HR partners and Talent Management as well as global Danone COE teams to ensure the local leadership & culture strategy addresses the competency needs of the business and complements the global learning priorities
- Reporting on the success of leadership development interventions, ready to problem solve when analysis demonstrates an issue with the solution
- Supporting special Leadership & Culture project work as needed
- Providing consultative Leadership & Culture development support as needed
The salary range for this position is $105,000-151,000 USD. The exact salary offered will depend on several factors, including the candidate’s relevant experience, geographic location, internal equity, and market conditions.
